Reviews and Ratings
I had an excellent experience on my first family camping trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. We loved the breathtaking views of the loch and made great memories around the BBQs and campfires. However, I did notice that the camping areas could use some improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness and pitch conditions.
I had a wonderful stay with my family at this lovely site. The views of the loch were absolutely stunning, and the pitch was clean and well kept. The shower facilities were decent, and the convenience store on-site was a big plus. However, the location isn't ideal if you're looking to walk into Fort William due to the access. Overall, a fantastic getaway, but the town itself felt a bit run down.
The stay was enjoyable with stunning views over the loch which really enhanced our experience. The caravans we stayed in were modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. However, the camping area had some issues with muddy pitches and unclean facilities that could be improved. Overall, it's a lovely spot, but some aspects need attention to match the beautiful surroundings.
Our stay at the campsite was quite disappointing. While the area had potential, the pitch felt cramped and overgrown, and the facilities were closed during our visit. We decided to leave after just one night instead of staying as planned. The situation with the locked amenities was frustrating and not what we expected.
We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this campsite, surrounded by stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, though there were some shortcomings in terms of facilities and entertainment options, particularly for kids. Overall, it's a great spot if you're looking to explore the area, but it might not be ideal for families seeking ample amenities.
